Christmas & New Year Support Schedule
With Christmas and the New Year fast approaching, we wanted to let you know about support over the holidays.
We are going to be closing support ticket submission on Friday 21st December. Support ticket submission will then be closed until Tuesday the 1st of January and all of our support staff will then be back to work on Wednesday the 2nd of January.
We will be using the holidays to catch up with family and friends and recharge the batteries, as this is the only time of the year when the whole company takes time off together.
We’d like to thank you for your support in 2018 and we look forward to making Ultimate Member even better in 2019!
