    Hi there

    We’ve recently moved our site from our development environment to the production server and we’ve run into a small issue with the ultimate members Form Builder recognizing the custom fields that were created in dev.

    In the Admin Console – when we try to add a Field to a row in our Form in production the options for Setup New Field and Predefined Fields have all their options but the Custom Fields area is empty and says “You did not create any custom fields”

    Also on the front end of our website the labels for these custom fields don’t appear.

    Looking in the database, in the postmeta table at the _um_custom_fields meta key I see the meta_value appears to have all the menus in it.

    Any suggestions to resolve would be appreciated.

    That looks like a db error. Custom fields are stored in option called um_fields.

    Please try this

    print_r( get_option(‘um_fields’) );

    You get any results?

    I was looking in the wrong place.
    Checking out um_fields in the options table I can now see where the problem was and it’s been fixed.

    Thanks for your help!! 🙂

    Thanks for letting us know 🙂
