Do you offer free trials?

We don't have free trials for our extensions or bundle but you can purchase the bundle/extensions and if you request a refund within 30 days of purchase we will give you a full refund.

Do you offer non-profit discounts?

We don't provide discount codes for non-profits or discounts depending on the type of site being built. However, if you opt-in to our mailing list you will receive a 20% discount code for the bundle.

I need my website to do X. Does Ultimate Member have this functionality/feature?

All of the functionality of the main plugin is listed on our features page. If you do not see the functionality you are looking for on this page, you can check out our extensions to see if the functionality is provided via one of our extensions.

If you do not see the functionality listed on either our features page or you do not see an extension that provides the functionality, it means the functionality/feature does not exist in the plugin/extensions.

I need to add some extra functionality to your plugin. Can I hire you?

Unfortunately, we are not able to take any on any customization work as all our time goes to developing and supporting the plugin. If you need to add some extra functionality to the plugin you can hire a freelance developer to write custom code.

How do I customize the plugin?

Our plugin and extensions come "as is". What this means is that we are only able to provide support for the out of the box features. If you require any code changes/different functionality/features you will need to hire a freelance developer to write the customizations.

All extension purchases are annual subscriptions that will automatically renew every year. At any time, you may cancel a subscription which will prevent it from renewing. However, the license key you were given along with your purchase will remain valid until its original expiration date. So you may cancel a subscription and continue to receive support and updates for the entire year period.
